    本发明公开了一种预制预应力叠合板,包括水平设置的底板,在底板中设有若干预埋螺母,所述预埋螺母的下端与预应力钢筋和/或分布筋连接,上端贯穿底板的上端面。还公开了其生产方法、吊装方法和施工方法,本发明通过在叠合板中设置预埋螺母,使叠合板表面平整,在生产时能够直接在地面上沿竖向叠合多层批量生产,结构简单,舍弃了生产线设备及蒸汽养护设备,采用自然养护,降低生产成本,生产效率较高,生产线占地面积较小。在吊装和施工时,通过在预埋螺母中设置螺栓,并在螺栓上设置定位钢筋与钢筋网架连接,从而提高了整体性,螺栓不仅起到了竖向龙骨的作用,还能对钢筋网架起到限位和压紧作用,施工方便效率高,整体性好,成本较低。
