The digital plunger motor comprises a plunger motor body, a speed reduction section, a connecting section, a digital valve and a stepping motor which are sequentially connected in series, the speed reduction section, the connecting section and the digital valve have the same peripheral contour shape, concave areas are formed in the four corners of the peripheral wall of the speed reduction section respectively, and the stepping motor is arranged in the concave areas. The sunken areas are located in the axial middle positions of the speed reduction sections and used for centralized installation of front and rear screws, and lateral openings for installing the screws are formed in the front and rear peripheral walls of all the sunken areas; a mounting seat is arranged at the front end of the plunger motor, a bearing for supporting a rotating shaft of the motor is arranged in the mounting seat, a connecting piece is arranged in the connecting section, an output shaft of the speed reducing section is connected with a feedback shaft of the digital valve through the connecting piece, and then the rotating speed of the motor is fed back to the digital valve after being decelerated through the speed reducing section. All functional parts of the digital hydraulic motor are integrated into a whole so as to meet the engineering requirement of slewing driving of the crawler crane.

    本发明公开了一种履带起重机回转用数字柱塞马达,包括依次串接的柱塞马达、减速段、联结段、数字阀、以及步进电机,所述减速段、联结段、数字阀三者具有同等的外周轮廓形状,所述减速段的外周壁的四角上各自形成凹陷区域,该凹陷区域位于减速段的轴向中间位置,用于前后螺钉的集中安装,各个凹陷区域的前后外周壁上开设有安装螺钉的侧向开口;所述柱塞马达的前端设置有安装座,该安装座中设有对马达转轴进行支撑的轴承,所述联结段中设有联结件,所述减速段的输出轴通过联接件与数字阀的反馈轴相联,进而马达转速通过减速段减速后反馈给数字阀。将数字液压马达的各功能部件集成为一体,以满足履带吊回转驱动的工程需求。
