A battery performance management system and method using an electric vehicle charging station are disclosed. A battery performance management server collects battery performance evaluation information from a plurality of charging stations over a network, the battery performance evaluation information including identification information and operating characteristic accumulation information on a battery, identification information and driving characteristic accumulation information on an electric vehicle, and latest charging characteristic information on the battery. The server also receives battery performance evaluation information to determine a current health condition corresponding to the collected battery performance evaluation information by using a pre-learned artificial intelligence model to output a health condition of the battery. Further, the server determines a most recent control factor corresponding to the current health condition and sends the most recent control factor to the charging station over the network such that the charging station sends the most recent control factor to a control system of the electric vehicle in order to update the control factor.
