The invention discloses a closed-loop control method of an automobile washing motor without a liquid level sensor, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1) turning on a washing switch, and outputting a control signal to an automobile body controller by the washing switch; 2) after receiving the control signal, the vehicle body controller sends a driving signal to drive a washing motor to work; (3) the vehicle body controller detects the driving current of the washing motor and judges the liquid level condition of the washing liquid pot according to the driving current; and when the driving current is lower than the set threshold value A1, the liquid level of the washing liquid kettle drops to be lower than the set liquid level, and a control signal is output to stop the washing motor. In this way, a liquid level sensor/liquid level switch is not adopted, and the structure is simplified; and in the state that no liquid level sensor or liquid level switch exists, low liquid level prompting is achieved by detecting the driving current of the washing motor and then according to the corresponding relation between the driving current and the liquid level of the washing liquid pot.
本发明公开了无液位传感器的汽车洗涤电机的闭环控制方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:1)开启洗涤开关,洗涤开关输出控制信号至车身控制器;2)车身控制器接收到控制信号后,发出驱动信号驱动洗涤电机工作;3)车身控制器检测洗涤电机的驱动电流,根据驱动电流判断洗涤液壶的液位情况;当驱动电流低于设定阀值A1时,则表明洗涤液壶的液位下降到低于设定液位,输出控制信号让洗涤电机停止工作。这样,本发明不采用液位传感器/液位开关,简化了结构;而且在没有液位传感器/液位开关状态下,通过检测洗涤电机的驱动电流,再根据驱动电流与洗涤液壶的液位的对应关系,实现了低液位提示。
