The invention relates to a two-gear gearbox control system, a gear shifting control method and a pure electric engineering vehicle, and relates to the technical field of pure electric engineering vehicles, the two-gear gearbox control system comprises a first motor, a second motor, an input shaft, an output shaft, a control unit, a planetary gear train and a gear shifting mechanism; a rotor of the first motor is fixedly connected with a rotor of the second motor, an output shaft of the second motor is connected with the input shaft, a planetary gear train and a gear shifting mechanism are arranged between the input shaft and the output shaft, and the output shaft is connected with the planetary gear train; the first motor and the second motor transmit power to the gear shifting mechanism through the input shaft, the gear shifting mechanism transmits the power to the planetary gear train, and the planetary gear train transmits the power to the output shaft to be output. The control unit is connected with the first motor, the second motor and the gear shifting mechanism. The gear shifting device has the advantages that synchronous combination of the synchronizers with small speed difference can be effectively achieved, the synchronization time is short, the power interruption time in the gear shifting process is effectively shortened, and the gear shifting success rate and smoothness of the whole vehicle are improved.

    本发明涉及一种两档变速箱控制系统、换挡控制方法及纯电动工程车,涉及纯电动工程车技术领域,包括第一电机、第二电机、输入轴、输出轴、控制单元、行星轮系及换挡机构;第一电机的转子和第二电机的转子之间固定连接,第二电机的输出轴和输入轴连接,在输入轴和输出轴之间设置有行星轮系和换挡机构,输出轴和行星轮系连接;第一电机和第二电机通过输入轴将动力传输至换挡机构,换挡机构将动力传输至行星轮系,行星轮系将动力传输至输出轴输出;控制单元和第一电机、第二电机以及换挡机构连接。其优点在于,可以有效实现同步器以较小速差同步结合,同步时间短,有效降低换挡过程中动力中断时间,提高整车换挡成功率及平顺性。
