The invention discloses a method for measuring and calculating a forced deflection angle of a cargo boom in a luffing process of a tower crane, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, acquiring basic parameters of the tower crane, then acquiring operation state parameters of the tower crane in luffing motion, analyzing system kinetic energy and potential energy of the tower crane, and calculating the forced deflection angle of the cargo boom in the luffing process. And constructing a systematic Lagrange equation according to the law of conservation of energy, solving and simplifying the Lagrange equation, carrying out Laplace transformation, and solving to obtain the forced deflection angle of the cargo boom. According to the method, the forced deflection angle of the cargo boom in the variable-amplitude motion can be quickly measured and calculated in real time by acquiring the basic parameters of the tower crane and the operation state parameters of the tower crane in the variable-amplitude motion, and additional measuring instruments are not needed; and a foundation is laid for a subsequent tower crane to quickly eliminate the forced deflection angle of the cargo boom.

    本发明公开了塔式起重机变幅过程中测算起重臂受迫偏转角度的方法,它包括先获取塔式起重机的基础参数,再获取塔式起重机做变幅运动时的运行状态参数,分析塔式起重机的系统动能和势能,并根据能量守恒定律构造系统的拉格朗日方程,求解拉格朗日方程并化简,再进行拉普拉斯变换,并求解得到起重臂受迫偏转角度。本发明通过获取塔式起重机的基础参数和塔式起重机做变幅运动时的运行状态参数,即可快速且实时测算出变幅运动中起重臂受迫偏转角度,无需额外增加测量仪器;为后续塔式起重机能快速消除起重臂受迫偏转角度打下基础。
