The invention discloses an automatic snapshot and analysis combined scene display method, which comprises the following steps: S1, collecting traffic video stream images, converting traffic stream image data into structured vehicle data, and sending the structured vehicle data to a background computer center for analysis and processing; s2, inputting relevant parameters of a target vehicle, detecting the target vehicle, and forming a vehicle track; s3, dynamically controlling the camera to continuously track the target vehicle; s4, performing image snapshot and speed detection on the target vehicle, sending the snapshot image and the detected speed to a background computer center for real-time monitoring, and performing real-time scene display through a visual platform; and S5, when the target vehicle has illegal traffic behaviors, capturing images and performing speed detection for marking and storing. According to the invention, image snapshot and speed monitoring can be taken as an evidence obtaining information chain of traffic illegal behaviors of passing vehicles, and identification and evidence obtaining of the traffic illegal behaviors of the monitoring vehicles can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种自动抓拍与分析相结合的场景展示方法,其包括如下步骤:S1.采集交通视频流图像,将车流图像数据转为结构化车辆数据,并将结构化车辆数据发送给具有后台计算机中心进行分析处理;S2.输入目标车辆相关参数,检测出目标车辆,形成车辆轨迹;S3.动态控制摄像机对该目标车辆进行持续跟踪;S4.对该目标车辆进行抓拍图像和速度检测,将抓拍图像和检测的速度发送给后台计算机中心进行实时监控,并通过可视化平台进行实时场景展示;S5.当目标车辆出现违法交通行为,抓拍图像和速度检测做标记存。本发明能够实现以抓拍图像和速度监测作为通行车辆交通违法行为的取证信息链,监控车辆交通违法行为的识别和取证。
