The invention discloses a wide-base tire pattern for engineering machinery. Four pattern blocks are arranged in the width direction of a tire. The pattern blocks comprise a first pattern block, a third pattern block and a fourth pattern block which are sequentially arranged from left to right, the pattern blocks are connected through connecting ribs, and the pattern blocks 1 and the pattern grooves 2 respectively extend from one side of the wheel surface to the other side of the tire in the radial direction. Compared with three patterns, the tire provided by the invention not only provides stronger road holding force and stronger anti-sideslip capability for the tire, is beneficial to release of internal stress strain energy of the pattern blocks, is beneficial to reasonable distribution of the pattern blocks and the pattern grooves, can provide stronger driving comfort, avoids vertical bumping during driving of an engineering vehicle, and improves the driving safety of the engineering vehicle. And meanwhile, uniform stress of a grounding part is facilitated, a tire tread is uniformly worn, and eccentric wear of the tire tread is avoided. And the edge areas of the pattern blocks are designed in an open manner, so that the traction property of the tire is further improved, and stone discharge is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种工程机械宽基轮胎花纹,花纹块沿轮胎宽度方向为四块。花纹块包括从左到右依次排布的第一花纹块、第三花纹块和第四花纹块,花纹块之间通过连接筋连接,所述的花纹块1和花纹沟2分别沿径向方向从轮面一侧延伸到轮胎另一侧。本发明相对三块花纹,不仅为轮胎提供更强的抓地力,更强的防侧滑能力,有利于花纹块内部应力应变能量的释放,有利于花纹块和花纹沟的合理分布,能够提供较强的驾驶舒适性,避免工程车辆行驶时上下颠簸,以及避免与工程车零件发生共振,同时有利于接地部位受力均匀,胎面均匀磨损,避免轮胎胎面偏磨。花纹块边部区域开放式设计,进一步提高轮胎的牵引性,同时更有利于石子的排出。
