The invention discloses a floating stand column connecting device, an array type floating platform and an offshore wind power system. The floating stand column connecting device comprises a first connecting assembly and a second connecting assembly which are the same in structure, and the first connecting assembly and the second connecting assembly are connected through a flexible connecting piece. The first connecting assembly comprises a first connecting body, a first telescopic piece, a second telescopic piece, a first annular clamping arm and a second annular clamping arm, the first telescopic piece and the second telescopic piece are rotationally connected to the two side walls of the first connecting body respectively, the first telescopic piece is hinged to the first annular clamping arm, and the second telescopic piece is hinged to the second annular clamping arm; the first annular clamping arm and the second annular clamping arm are oppositely arranged and rotationally connected to the first connecting body. According to the floating type stand column connecting device, two adjacent floating type platforms can be indirectly connected together through the flexible connecting piece, so that the number of anchoring foundations is greatly reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.
