A grounding indicating device for a landing gear bumper, the landing gear bumper including first and second parts mounted to slide telescopically relative to each other, a first torque arm connected to the first part, and a second torque arm connected to the second part, the first and second parts being mounted to slide telescopically relative to each other, the first torsion arm and the second torsion arm are pivotally connected with each other, the grounding indicating device comprises a touch top head fixedly connected to the first torsion arm and an indicator fixedly connected to the second torsion arm, and the touch top head and the indicator are configured to touch the indicator when the first part and the second part are in the grounding position, so that the first torsion arm and the second torsion arm are in the grounding position. The indicator is configured such that the indicator implements a grounding indication, and wherein the indicator does not automatically release the grounding indication after the first component and the second component are restored from grounding.
