The invention discloses an optimal path identification system based on the Internet of Things, which comprises a user side, a vehicle side and a software side, the user side is electrically connected with the vehicle side and the software side, the user side is used for carrying out corresponding operation around a user, the vehicle side is used for identifying and obtaining the driving condition of a vehicle, and the software side is used for carrying out path identification on the vehicle. The software end is used for carrying out vehicle and personnel analysis on a software level, the user end comprises a face recognition module, a data uploading module, a position authorization module and a self-starting authorization module, the face recognition module is electrically connected with the data uploading module, the position authorization module is electrically connected with the self-starting authorization module, and the self-starting authorization module is electrically connected with the data uploading module. The face recognition module is used for carrying out face recognition on a driver, the data uploading module is used for uploading information of the driver, the position authorization module is used for providing a position authorization button for the driver, and the self-starting authorization module is used for providing a vehicle self-starting button for a user. The method has the characteristics of accurate judgment and comprehensive consideration.
