The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a carrier cable releasing and braiding method which comprises the following steps: S1, placing a steel wire rope on a cable reel frame according to the steel wire rope outlet direction on a station, leveling and compacting the bottom of the cable reel frame, slowly jacking up the steel wire rope by using a jack, leaving the steel wire rope from an original support by 10-20 cm, leveling a cable releasing central shaft, and setting the cable releasing central shaft to be the same as the steel wire rope; the cable disc racks on the two sides are welded through channel steel or round pipes to form a firm whole, and the cable disc racks are stabilized through chain blocks in the direction opposite to the steel wire rope outlet direction; s2, a cargo cable traction rope is used as a traction rope when a passenger ropeway steel rope is released, and a cable releasing working rope is lifted to a support cable supporting wheel on a line from a lower station to an upper station; s3, in the next station, one end of the cable releasing working rope is braided with a steel wire rope of the cableway; when the method is adopted to knit the steel cable, through the arrangement of the clamping plate and the clamp and the auxiliary effect of the anti-reversing device, the tension degree is controlled to be uniform during knitting, and the strength of the cableway after knitting is high.

    本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,公开了一种运载索施放编结方法,包括如下步骤:S1、在上站根据钢丝绳出绳方向将钢丝绳置于索盘架上,索盘架底部垫平垫实,并且利用千斤顶将钢丝绳缓缓顶起,与原支撑物离开10‑20㎝,并将放索中心轴找平,将两侧索盘架用槽钢或圆管进行焊接好,使之成为一个牢固的整体,在钢丝绳出绳的反方向用倒链将索盘架稳固好;S2、利用货索牵引索作为客运索道钢绳施放时的牵引绳,从下站到上站的线路上,将放索工作绳提升到支架托索轮上;S3、在下站,将放索工作绳的一端与该索道的钢丝绳编结;采用此方法进行钢索编结时,通过卡板卡子的设置,以及防逆装置的辅助作用,使得编结时张紧度控制均匀,索道编结后的强度较高。
