The invention discloses an integrally-cast balanced suspension cross beam based on material topology and a manufacturing method thereof. The balanced suspension cross beam comprises a cross beam body, longitudinal beam mounting plates used for being connected with frame longitudinal beams are arranged at the two ends of the cross beam body, and a suspension mounting plate used for being connected with a balanced suspension is arranged at the bottom of the cross beam body; one side of the cross beam body is provided with two inner concave surfaces, each inner concave surface is internally provided with a group of V-shaped thrust fixed support mounting bosses for mounting a V-shaped thrust rod, and the V-shaped thrust fixed support mounting bosses and the cross beam body are integrally cast and formed; the cross beam body comprises a first body and a second body, the first body is of a basin-shaped structure, and a rhombic hollow cavity is formed in the middle of the first body; the second body is of an X-shaped structure and is provided with two through holes; a hollow hole penetrating through the two side walls is formed between the first body and the second body. According to the balanced suspension cross beam, parts are integrated, the structure is more compact, and light weight is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于材料拓扑的一体铸造式平衡悬架横梁及其制造方法,该平衡悬架横梁包括横梁本体,横梁本体的两端设置有用于与车架纵梁连接的纵梁安装板,横梁本体的底部设置有用于与平衡悬架连接的悬架安装板;横梁本体的一侧设置有两个内凹面,每个内凹面内设置有一组用于安装V型推力杆的V推固定支座安装凸台,V推固定支座安装凸台与横梁本体一体铸造成型;横梁本体包括第一本体和第二本体,第一本体呈盆体状结构,第一本体的中部具有菱形中空腔体;第二本体呈X型结构,第二本体具有两个通过孔;第一本体与第二本体之间设置有贯通两侧壁的中空孔。本发明平衡悬架横梁将零件集成于一体,且结构更加紧凑,实现了轻量化。
