A safety redundancy architecture of an unmanned vehicle in a manual vehicle control mode comprises an automatic driving controller, a collision early warning module, an alarm module and a sensing module, communication connection is established between the collision early warning module and the automatic driving controller, communication connection is established between the sensing module and the automatic driving controller, and communication connection is established between the automatic driving controller and the alarm module. Communication connection is established between the collision early warning module and the alarm module, and the collision early warning module comprises a binocular camera and an ultrasonic radar. According to the invention, safety accidents caused by misoperation, carelessness or view blind areas of a safety officer when the safety officer manually controls the driving of the unmanned vehicle can be solved; the risk that the vehicle collides with surrounding obstacles or pedestrians due to the fact that a safety officer mistakenly touches or is not familiar with a handle operation method and a view blind area of the safety officer and the like when the safety officer manually operates the vehicle in the development and trial operation stage can be avoided.
