The invention discloses a crane cab heat insulation protection method, and relates to the technical field of medium plate hoisting equipment. A glass structure part of the crane cab is made into three layers of hollow tempered glass, and a heat insulation protective film is pasted on the inner side of the glass structure part; heat insulation plates are mounted on the outer sides of the metal surfaces of the crane cab; the inner side and the outer side of a glass peripheral frame of the crane cab are pasted and covered with heat insulation materials. The heat insulation effect of the crane cab is effectively improved, so that the problem of safety accidents such as heatstroke of a driver caused by too high indoor temperature due to poor heat insulation effect of an existing crane cab is solved.
本发明公开一种起重机驾驶室隔热防护方法,涉及中厚板起重设备领域技术领域。它包括将所述起重机驾驶室的玻璃结构部分做成三层中空钢化玻璃,并在玻璃结构部分的内侧粘贴隔热防护膜;在所述起重机驾驶室各金属面的外侧安装隔热板;在所述起重机驾驶室的玻璃周边框架内外侧均采用隔热材料进行粘贴覆盖。本发明有效提高了起重机驾驶室的隔热效果,从而解决了现有起重机驾驶室因隔热效果差使得室内温度过高导致驾驶员出现“中暑”等安全事故的问题。
