The invention discloses a traffic control system based on computer vision, which is characterized in that road monitoring videos are shot through first cameras arranged on streets, and a server performs image analysis on the road monitoring videos so as to judge whether a vehicle illegal parking condition occurs or not; when a vehicle illegal parking condition occurs, the server determines a vehicle illegal parking position according to the position information of the first camera, and sends an execution instruction to the traffic supervisor; the controller of the traffic supervisor receiving the execution instruction controls the supervisor body to move to a vehicle illegal parking position through the moving assembly based on the received execution instruction; then, the controller controls the warning lamp to be turned on, and the first loudspeaker plays preset audio, so that a driver in a vehicle which is parked illegally is reminded to drive away in time, and the traffic jam condition is relieved; in the whole traffic patrol and processing process, traffic supervisors do not need to carry out actual patrol on streets any more, manpower is saved, and the efficiency of discovering and processing the illegal parking phenomenon is higher.

    本发明公开了一种基于计算机视觉的交通控制系统,通过设置于各街道的第一摄像头,拍摄道路监控视频,服务器对道路监控视频进行图像分析,以判断是否出现车辆违停情况;当出现车辆违停情况时,服务器根据第一摄像头的位置信息确定车辆违停位置,并向交通监管器发送执行指令;接收到执行指令的交通监管器的控制器基于接收到的执行指令通过移动组件控制监管器本体移动至车辆违停位置;然后控制器控制警示灯亮起,且第一扩音器播放预设音频,从而提醒违规停车的车辆内的驾驶员及时驶离,缓解交通拥堵情况;整个交通巡查和处理过程中,不再需要交通监管人员对街道进行实际巡查,不但节省人力,且发现及处理违规停车现象的效率更高。
