The invention discloses an electric vehicle instrument with a battery charging management function and an electric vehicle, and the electric vehicle instrument comprises a charging detection unit which is used for detecting a charging state signal of a charging interface; the main control unit is used for acquiring the charging state signal and judging whether the charging interface is connected to charging equipment or not; the charging information acquisition unit is used for acquiring charging information and feeding back the charging information to the main control unit after confirming that the battery is charged; a first power supply conversion unit and a first display unit, wherein the first power supply conversion unit is used for supplying power to the main control unit and the first display unit; the first display unit displays charging information of the power battery; the second power supply conversion unit is used for supplying power to the second display unit after the key switch is started; and the main control unit is also used for driving the second display unit to display alarm information when the key switch is started under the condition that the battery is charged. The electric vehicle is prevented from being started in the charging process while the charging state is displayed.

    本发明公开了一种具有电池充电管理功能的电动车仪表及电动车,其中电动车仪表包括:充电检测单元,用于检测充电接口的充电状态信号;主控单元,用于获取充电状态信号并判断充电接口是否接入充电设备;充电信息采集单元,用于在确认电池充电后,采集充电信息并反馈给主控单元;第一电源转换单元和第一显示单元,第一电源转换单元用于向主控单元以及第一显示单元供电;第一显示单元显示动力电池的充电信息;第二电源转换单元和第二显示单元,第二电源转换单元用于在钥匙电门启动后,向第二显示单元供电;主控单元还用于在电池充电的情况下,若钥匙电门启动时驱动第二显示单元显示报警信息。实现显示充电状态的同时,防止在充电过程中启动电动车。
