The invention discloses a vehicle load identification method based on brake pedal displacement. The method comprises the steps that a relation table of brake pedal opening and deceleration of a preset vehicle model under different loads is constructed in advance; the current whole vehicle deceleration and the current brake pedal opening degree within the preset time period are obtained; the current whole vehicle deceleration and the current brake pedal opening degree are fitted, and the fitting relation between the current whole vehicle deceleration and the current brake pedal opening degree is obtained; and the current vehicle load is obtained according to the fitting relation between the current whole vehicle deceleration and the current brake pedal opening and a pre-constructed relation table of the brake pedal opening and the deceleration of a preset vehicle model under different loads. According to the vehicle load identification method based on the brake pedal displacement, the vehicle load is obtained through the brake pedal displacement, the relation between the brake pedal displacement and the deceleration is constant, the number of factors needing to be considered in calculation is small, the safety strategy of the whole vehicle cannot affect the vehicle braking performance, and the calculation result is accurate; the load of the whole vehicle is obtained in a low-cost mode.

    本发明公开了一种基于制动踏板位移的车辆载荷识别方法,包括:预先构建预设车型在不同载重下的制动踏板开度和减速度的关系表;获取预设时间段内的当前整车减速度和当前制动踏板开度;将当前整车减速度和当前制动踏板开度进行拟合,得到当前整车减速度与当前制动踏板开度的拟合关系;根据当前整车减速度与当前制动踏板开度的拟合关系和预先构建的预设车型在不同载重下的制动踏板开度和减速度的关系表,得到当前车辆载重。本发明的基于制动踏板位移的车辆载荷识别方法,利用制动踏板位移得到车辆载重,制动踏板位移与减速度的关系恒定,计算需考虑的因素较少,整车的安全策略也不会影响车辆制动性能,计算结果准确;以低成本方式获取整车载重。
