By monitoring the multiple dehumidification enabling parameters, when at least one dehumidification enabling parameter meets the corresponding judgment condition, the high-voltage electric appliance can be heated in time, air in a heat exchange cavity in the high-voltage electric appliance sufficiently flows and then is discharged to the outside through a ventilation valve, and the internal humidity of the high-voltage electric appliance can be reduced by repeating the steps for many times. The insulating property of the vehicle is recovered.
