The analysis management device comprises a detection analysis module and an inspection control module. The detection analysis module receives data sent back by the unmanned aerial vehicle system and the unmanned automatic detection ship, and a water quality regulation and control scheme of the target water area is obtained through microscopic habitat improvement analysis. The microcosmic habitat improvement analysis comprises the following steps: judging the difference C between the current water body detection index and the target index according to the water quality detection data, and calculating to obtain Tn = K * eC.
