The invention belongs to the technical field of hubs, and particularly relates to a shock absorption and shock resistance type heavy-duty car hub which comprises a hub body and a rim. A first spoke and a second spoke are fixedly connected between the hub and the rim. The outer side of the second spoke is coated with an air bag; a generator is fixedly connected to the inner side of the rim; a first side plate and a second side plate are fixedly connected in the generator, a diluted hydrochloric acid solution is filled between the first side plate and the sealing end of the generator, and calcium carbonate particles are filled between the first side plate and the second side plate; the elastic pieces are vibrated to drive the guide rods to move towards the sealing end of the generator, then the two cavities in the generator are communicated through the overflow grooves, diluted hydrochloric acid reacts with calcium carbonate to generate gas, the air bags are expanded, impact energy from the road surface is absorbed, the buffering and damping effects are achieved, and the service life of the hub is prolonged.
