The invention relates to a microgravity simulation device based on a magnetic constant force spring. The microgravity simulation device comprises a platform frame assembly, a linear bearing assembly, a magnetic constant force spring assembly and a target load assembly, the platform frame assembly provides a basic platform and is used for installing other assemblies. The linear bearing assembly is fixedly connected to the platform frame assembly and supports the target load assembly, so that the target load assembly can slide in the axial direction of the linear bearing assembly, and the target load assembly is used for simulating the shape characteristics of a load. The magnetic constant-force spring assembly provides upward stable and unchanged tension for the target load assembly, so that the output force of the magnetic constant-force spring counteracts the gravity of the target load assembly, and microgravity equivalence is achieved. According to the invention, equivalence of six degrees of freedom can be realized, freedom of a spatial load in six directions on the ground in a real sense is realized, and a hardware basis is provided for carrying out a ground test.

    本发明涉及一种基于磁性恒力弹簧的微重力模拟装置,包括:平台框架组件、直线轴承组件、磁性恒力弹簧组件与目标载荷组件;平台框架组件提供基本平台,用于安装其他组件;直线轴承组件固连在平台框架组件上,承托目标载荷组件,使得目标载荷组件可沿直线轴承组件轴向滑动,目标载荷组件用于模拟载荷的形状特点;磁性恒力弹簧组件为目标载荷组件提供向上的稳定不变的拉力,使得磁性恒力弹簧的输出力抵消目标载荷组件的重力,实现微重力等效。本发明可以实现6个自由度的等效,实现空间载荷在地面真正意义上的六个方向上的自由,为开展地面试验提供硬件基础。
