The invention discloses a safety early warning method and system for a cross-channel overhead transmission line. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring real-time position information of coming and going ships in a channel across which the transmission line crosses; acquiring ship height information and the height between the lowest sag point of the power transmission line and the water surface so as to obtain real-time net height information of ship navigation; acquiring real-time weather information, determining a navigation height threshold value of the ship in real time according to the real-time weather information and the real-time net height information, and setting an early warning area according to a channel below the lowest sag point of the power transmission line; whether the ship height information is larger than a navigation height threshold value or not is judged, if yes, an early warning signal is generated according to the real-time position information and the early warning area and returned to the monitoring center, and if not, the real-time position information is returned to the monitoring center. The technical problems that in the prior art, efficiency is low, and real-time safety early warning cannot be carried out are solved.

    本申请公开了一种跨航道架空输电线路的安全预警方法及系统,其中方法包括:获取输电线路所横跨的航道中的来往船只的实时位置信息;获取船只高度信息、以及输电线路弧垂最低点与水面的高度,从而获得船只通航的实时净高度信息;获取实时天气信息并根据实时天气信息和实时净高度信息实时确定船只的通航高度阈值,根据输电线路弧垂最低点的下方航道设置预警区域;判断船只高度信息是否大于通航高度阈值,若是,根据实时位置信息和预警区域生成预警信号并返回至监控中心,否则,返回实时位置信息至监控中心。解决了现有技术效率低且无法进行实时安全预警的技术问题。
