The invention is suitable for the technical field of vehicle charging and discharging, and provides a charging and discharging control method, a vehicle-mounted charger and terminal device.The charging and discharging control method comprises the steps that a CC signal on a detection circuit connected with a charging and discharging interface and a control instruction sent by a battery management system are obtained; confirming the type of a gun head connected with the charging and discharging interface according to the CC signal; the types of the gun heads at least comprise a 63A national standard charging gun, a 32A national standard charging gun, a 16A national standard charging gun, a 10A national standard charging gun, a pile-free charging gun, a V2L discharging gun, a V2V discharging gun and a V2G discharging gun; determining a working mode according to the type of the gun head, and judging whether the working mode is successfully matched with the control instruction; and when the working mode is successfully matched with the control instruction, charging or discharging is performed according to the control instruction and the working mode. The problems that the vehicle charging and discharging compatibility is poor and the control method is complex are solved.
