An ultrasonic wave and carrier wave rail breaking monitoring system comprises a steel rail, a control circuit board, a data transmission module and a monitoring center. Detachable ultrasonic broken rail monitoring devices are evenly arranged on the steel rail, each ultrasonic broken rail monitoring device comprises two sets of ultrasonic transducers arranged in a mirror image mode and a clamping device installed between the ultrasonic transducers and the steel rail in a fastened mode, and each ultrasonic transducer comprises an ultrasonic excitation module and an ultrasonic receiving module. The excitation module can send out ultrasonic signals propagating along the steel rail at set intervals, the receiving module transmits the ultrasonic signals to the monitoring center through the data transmission module after receiving the ultrasonic signals, and the monitoring center analyzes data in a background mode to judge the state of the steel rail in the area. The control circuit board and the data transmission module are provided with a switching power supply which is electrically connected with the control circuit board and the data transmission module.

    超声波及载波断轨监测系统,包括钢轨、控制电路板、数据传输模块和监测中心,所述的钢轨上均匀的设有可拆卸的超声波断轨监测设备、所述的超声波断轨监测设备包括两组镜像设置的超声换能器和超声换能器与钢轨之间紧固安装的夹紧装置,所述的超声换能器包括超声波的激励模块和接收模块,所述的激励模块每隔一段时间会发出沿钢轨传播的超声波信号,且接收模块在接收到超声波信号后,通过数据传输模块输送至监测中心,监测中心后台分析数据来判断该区域的钢轨状态,所述的控制电路板和数据传输模块上设有电连接的开关电源。
