A shaftless electric propeller for a ship comprises a stator, the stator is tubular, a tubular rotor is arranged in the stator, and the shaftless electric propeller is characterized in that a supporting bearing is arranged between the stator and the rotor, so that the rotor smoothly rotates in the stator; a stator winding is arranged on the stator, and a rotor winding is arranged on the rotor, so that a shaftless motor is formed; the inner wall of the rotor is provided with paddles, and the paddles achieve drainage movement along with rotation of the rotor. The blades are arranged in a spiral line mode, uninterrupted uniform drainage movement is completed in a relay mode, compared with blades arranged in the same plane, the water drainage amount of the blades is increased, and the improvement pushing force of the propeller is improved. By arranging the inner cylinder, the advancing blades, the retreating blades, the advancing blade grooves and the retreating blade grooves, output and stop of power of the propeller and change of the power direction are achieved, wherein the advancing blade grooves and the retreating blade grooves are matched.
