An outlet of the in-cabin heat exchange piece is communicated with one of the heat exchange inlets of the waterway evaporator and the in-cabin evaporator; the motor drives the heat exchange assembly, an inlet communicates with at least one of a heat exchange outlet of the in-cabin heat exchange piece, a heat exchange outlet of the water path evaporator and a heat exchange outlet of the water path condenser, and an outlet communicates with at least one of a heat exchange inlet of the water path condenser and an inlet of the in-cabin heat exchange piece. An inlet of the battery heat exchange piece is communicated with a heat exchange outlet of the waterway evaporator; and an outlet of the heat dissipation water tank is communicated with one of an inlet of the motor-driven heat exchange assembly and a heat exchange inlet of the water path evaporator. According to the whole vehicle thermal management system of the electric vehicle, the running efficiency of the whole vehicle is improved, the running reliability of the system is improved, the endurance mileage of the electric vehicle is increased, and the electric vehicle runs safely.

    本发明涉及车辆的热管理技术领域,公开一种电动车辆的整车热管理系统及其控制方法,电动车辆的整车热管理系统包括:制冷组件;舱内换热件,出口与水路蒸发器和舱内蒸发器的换热进口中的一个连通;电机驱动换热组件,进口与舱内换热件的换热出口、水路蒸发器的换热出口、水路冷凝器的换热出口中的至少一个连通,出口与水路冷凝器的换热进口和舱内换热件的进口中的至少一个连通;电池换热件,进口与水路蒸发器的换热出口连通;散热水箱,出口与电机驱动换热组件的进口、水路蒸发器的换热进口中的一个连通。本发明电动车辆的整车热管理系统提高了整车的运行效率,增加了系统运行的可靠性,增加了电动车辆的续航里程,使得电动车辆安全运行。
