The invention discloses a power battery high-voltage system and a control method. The high-voltage system comprises a power battery connected in series in the high-voltage system, a main positive relay, a quick charging relay, a quick charging connector used for being connected with a charging pile, and a main negative relay, the high-voltage load is connected to the two ends of the high-voltage connector, the pre-charging loop is connected with the main positive relay in parallel, and the high-voltage load comprises a heater; the positive electrode of the high-voltage connector is connected between the main positive relay and the fast charging relay, and the negative electrode of the high-voltage connector is connected with the negative electrode of the fast charging connector. According to the invention, the quick charging relay and the main positive relay are changed from a parallel connection mode to a series connection mode, a new high-voltage electrical system topology scheme is formed, a pre-charging function is introduced into the quick charging loop for the first time, the quick charging loop is ensured not to have an instantaneous large current condition before charging, and the charging reliability of the high-voltage electrical system is improved. And the problem of adhesion caused by short-time large current when the quick charge relay is closed is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池高压系统及控制方法,高压系统包括:串联在高压系统中的动力电池、主正继电器、快充继电器、用于连接充电桩的快充接插件和主负继电器;还包括高压接插件、连接在所述高压接插件两端的高压负载以及与所述主正继电器并联的预充回路,所述高压负载包括加热器;所述高压接插件的正极连接在所述主正继电器与所述快充继电器之间,所述高压接插件的负极与所述快充接插件的负极相连。本发明将快充继电器与主正继电器从并联方式变更为串联方式,形成新的高压电气系统拓扑方案,并在快充回路中首次引入了预充功能,确保快充回路在充电之前不会出现瞬时大电流的情况,避免了快充继电器闭合时由于短时大电流导致粘连的问题。
