The invention discloses an AGV transfer robot intelligent control system based on machine vision, which comprises a robot control system, a background terminal system and a network cloud, and is characterized in that the robot control system, the background terminal system and the network cloud are connected through a network; the robot control system is used for carrying out image acquisition and image data transmission on carried materials, receiving an execution instruction sent by the background terminal system and carrying out execution control on the robot carrying assembly, and the robot control system is composed of a visual scanning unit, a robot carrying assembly control unit, a data transmission unit and a data receiving unit; according to the intelligent control system for the transfer robot, through the modes of visual scanning, image analysis and automatic instruction editing, the transfer robot can achieve intelligent transfer when facing materials of different types and sizes, and the tedious process caused by manual instruction re-editing is effectively solved.
