The invention discloses a new energy electric vehicle storage battery intelligent charging system and a charging method.The charging system comprises a BMS, a VCU, a power battery pack, a charging DC/DC, a storage battery, a vehicle body controller BCM and a vehicle-mounted charger OBC, the vehicle body controller BCM monitors the voltage of the storage battery in real time while detecting the state of a vehicle body, and when the voltage of the storage battery is lower than 11.4 V due to long-term storage of a vehicle, the vehicle body controller BCM starts to charge the storage battery when the voltage of the storage battery is lower than 11.4 V; the BCM wakes up the OBC by controlling the output of the hard wire, the OBC wakes up the BMS and the VCU through the output of the hard wire, the VCU monitors the information of the whole vehicle, judges the high-voltage environment condition, controls the high-voltage power-on and performs DCDC enabling, and completes the high-voltage power-off after the power-on is finished. On the basis of the BCM and the BMS, according to the charging and discharging characteristics of the lead-acid storage battery, the information of the storage battery is monitored and collected in real time, whether the charging condition is met or not is automatically started and judged, the charging step is automatically controlled and executed, several using working conditions of the whole vehicle are met, intelligent charging is matched, the intelligent degree of the new energy vehicle is increased, and the user experience is improved.

    本发明公开了一种新能源电动车蓄电池智能补电系统及补电方法,补电系统包括BMS、VCU、动力电池组、充电DC/DC、蓄电池、车身控制器BCM以及车载充电器OBC,车身控制器BCM检测车身状态的同时,对蓄电池电压进行实时监测,当车辆长期存放导致蓄电池电压低于11.4V,BCM通过控制硬线输出唤醒车载充电器OBC,车载充电器OBC通过硬线输出唤醒BMS和VCU,VCU监测整车信息,对上高压环境条件进行判断,并控制高压上电及进行DCDC使能,在补电结束后完成高压下电。本发明基于BCM、BMS,根据铅酸蓄电池充放电特性,实时监测采集蓄电池信息,自动启动判断是否符合补电条件,并自动控制执行补电步骤,满足整车几种使用工况,匹配进行智能补电,增加新能源汽车智能化程度,提高用户体验。
