The system comprises a power grid, a charging terminal, V2G bidirectional charging equipment for providing forward charging and reverse discharging services for the charging terminal, a transformer ammeter for reading real-time electric energy information of an input end of the power grid, and a superior monitoring system in communication connection with the V2G bidirectional charging equipment and the transformer ammeter through the Ethernet. The management method realizes bidirectional charging and discharging, can reduce the power utilization cost of a user, adjusts the power utilization power of the power grid to maintain the output stability, has low requirements on the consistency of the battery, and ensures the safety between the battery and the power grid.
