The invention discloses a thermal management system and a thermal management method of a fuel cell engine and a vehicle. The thermal management system comprises a first warming-up loop, a second warming-up loop and a whole vehicle control unit, the first warming-up loop is used for increasing the gas temperature of the gas inlet end of a fuel cell stack through a PTC heater, and the second warming-up loop is used for increasing the gas temperature of the gas inlet end of the fuel cell stack through heat generated by motor stalling. And according to the environment temperature, the gear starting information and the air inlet temperature of the fuel cell electric pusher, the whole vehicle control unit controls the PTC heater and the motor system to be turned on and turned off. When the motor system and the PTC heater are started for the first time in the low-temperature cold machine state, the motor system and the PTC heater are started at the same time, air is rapidly heated through heat generated by stalling of the motor system and heat generated by the PTC heater, and therefore the heating requirement can be met by arranging the PTC heater with the small power, and the cost of the heating system is reduced.
本发明公开了一种燃料电池发动机的热管理系统、热管理方法以及车辆。其中,热管理系统包括:第一暖机回路、第二暖机回路以及整车控制单元,第一暖机回路通过PTC加热器来提升燃料电池电堆进气端的气体温度,第二暖机回路通过电机堵转产生的热量来提升燃料电池电堆进气端的气体温度,根据环境温度、挡位启动信息以及燃料电池电推的进气温度,整车控制单元控制PTC加热器以及电机系统的开启和关闭。在低温冷机状态首次起机时,电机系统与PTC加热器同时开启,利用电机系统堵转产生的热量以及PTC加热器产生的热量快速加热空气,故设置功率较小的PTC加热器,就能够满足加热需求,降低了加热系统的成本。
