The invention discloses a recoil-force-free power device. The problems that an existing airspace engine is large in size, needs to carry fuel and is low in efficiency are mainly solved. Each output shaft is connected with a rotating umbrella head (4), and the periphery of each rotating umbrella head (4) is connected with a plurality of inclined rotating arms (6). The rotating arm (6) comprises an upper connecting arm (8) and a lower connecting arm (10) which are connected through a bending force piece (9). The recoil-force-free power device is applied to a spacecraft, more efficient power can be provided for the spacecraft, the spacecraft does not need to carry a large amount of fuel, and the weight is reduced.
