The invention provides a real-time monitoring method for a new energy charging pile. The real-time monitoring method comprises the steps of collecting monitoring data reported by registered charging pile equipment; the charging pile equipment is used as a Client party of a communication interface, and reports monitoring data based on a TCP/IP Socket communication mode; preprocessing and analyzing the monitoring data according to an alarm knowledge base and an early warning strategy, and carrying out positioning and selective fault processing on equipment faults indicated by alarm information and abnormal charging index information contained in the monitoring data; the selective fault processing comprises non-repeated processing of repeated alarm information, non-processing of flash alarm information and implementation of equipment fault processing indicated by the alarm information; and when the equipment fault indicated by the alarm information and the abnormal charging index data is recovered, clearing the alarm information. Aiming at the defects of a current charging pile monitoring system, an equipment fault real-time processing mechanism and an alarm clearing mechanism are added, and the problems of ineffective operation and maintenance cost increase and vehicle burning caused by charging faults are solved.

    本申请提供一种面向新能源充电桩的实时监控方法,包括:采集注册的充电桩设备上报的监控数据;所述充电桩设备作为通信接口的Client方,基于TCP/IP Socket的通信方式上报监控数据;按照告警知识库和预警策略预处理和分析监控数据,对所述监控数据中包含的告警信息和异常充电指标信息所指示的设备故障进行定位和选择性故障处理;选择性故障处理包括对重复告警信息不做重复处理,对闪断告警信息不做处理,以及实施告警信息指示的设备故障处理;当告警信息和异常充电指标数据所指示的设备故障恢复之后,清除告警信息。本申请针对当前充电桩监控系统的不足,增加设备故障实时处理机制和告警清除机制,解决了无效运维成本增加和充电故障导致烧车的问题。
