The fixed seat is provided with an annular track and an elastic ejector block arranged towards the annular track, and the elastic ejector block is provided with a first boss and a second boss; the rotary pedal and the limiting piece are both in sliding connection with the annular rail, the rotary pedal is provided with a first groove and an ejector rod, the first groove is connected with the first boss in a clamped mode, the ejector rod abuts against the limiting piece, and the limiting piece abuts against the second boss; and the torsional spring is connected with the fixed seat and the rotary pedal respectively. According to the pedal structure, the stability of the pedal is improved while the pedal structure is convenient to store, and compared with a traditional pedal opening and fixing mode, abrasion between the rotating pedal and a part for limiting the rotating pedal is ingeniously reduced, and the service life of the part is prolonged.
