The invention discloses a high-voltage safe power-off circuit and method for an electric commercial vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of energy storage battery packs. The circuit comprises a main positive relay, a main negative relay, a pre-charging relay, a safety relay and a high-voltage relay, and the main positive relay is connected between the positive electrode of a high-voltage battery pack of the electric commercial vehicle and the positive electrode of a high-voltage load of the electric commercial vehicle in series. The main negative relay, the safety relay and the high-voltage relay are sequentially connected in series between a negative electrode of a high-voltage battery pack of the electric commercial vehicle and a negative electrode of a high-voltage load of the electric commercial vehicle; and the pre-charging relay is connected with the main positive relay in parallel. After adhesion of the main negative relay occurs and high-voltage power-off occurs, the system is in a power-off state by disconnecting the safety relay, and maintenance safety is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种电动商用车的高压安全断电电路及方法,属于储能电池包技术领域。所述电路包括主正继电器、主负继电器、预充继电器、安全继电器、以及高压继电器,所述主正继电器串接于电动商用车的高压电池包的正极与电动商用车的高压负载的正极之间,所述主负继电器、所述安全继电器、以及所述高压继电器依次串接于电动商用车的高压电池包的的负极与电动商用车的高压负载的负极之间;所述预充继电器与所述主正继电器并联。本发明当主负继电器发生粘连后,高压下电后,通过断开安全继电器使系统处于断电状态,保障维修安全。
