The invention relates to a control method of an anti-explosion air conditioning system for ships, which comprises an anti-explosion electric control box, an air conditioning box, a fresh air box and an exhaust box, the anti-explosion electric control box is connected with the air conditioning box, the air conditioning box is respectively connected with a plurality of anti-explosion cabins through a plurality of air supply pipelines, and each anti-explosion cabin is further connected with the fresh air box and the exhaust box. The closed circulation working condition meets the closed temperature and humidity control anti-explosion use requirement without fresh air, the ventilation working condition meets the temperature and humidity control anti-explosion use requirement of all fresh air of different cabins, and the mixed air supply working condition is combined with unified temperature and humidity control of return air, independent fresh air temperature and humidity control of each cabin and different anti-explosion requirements of mixed supply of each cabin. And the method has relatively high applicability.
