The invention provides a lifting and jacking integrated self-climbing crane which is suitable for double-tower-column cable tower construction and comprises a main truss, a sliding supporting frame, a lifting and jacking integrated crown block system, a winch lifting system and a construction operation platform. The sliding supporting frame is used for being anchored with a tower column to support the main truss, the lifting and jacking integrated crown block system can achieve self-climbing of a crane through a continuous climbing mechanism of the lifting and jacking integrated crown block system, and the winch lifting system is used for lifting a lifting appliance to lift a structure through the lifting and jacking integrated crown block system. The construction operation platform can be convenient for workers to operate and construct, is connected with the main truss and moves along with the main truss in the vertical direction under the driving of the continuous climbing mechanism, other disassembly and assembly operations are not needed, and the convenience of construction is improved.
