The aviation propeller lightning protection system design comprises propeller blades and a propeller hub, and the propeller blades are evenly fixed to the periphery of the propeller hub; the paddle comprises a front edge protection cover, an anti-icing belt, a paddle blade, a paddle root outer sleeve and a lightning protection braid; the front edge protection cover is fixedly adhered to the front edge of the paddle blade; the anti-icing belt is fixedly connected to the guide edge of the paddle blade, and the two ends of the anti-icing belt extend to the front edge protection cover and the blade root position respectively. The paddle root outer sleeve is fixedly positioned at the root part of the paddle blade; the top surfaces of the paddle blades are working surfaces, and the bottom surfaces are non-working surfaces; the lightning protection braid is fixedly laid on the working face of the paddle blade, one end of the lightning protection braid extends to the paddle root outer sleeve, the other end of the lightning protection braid extends to the front edge of the paddle blade, penetrating holes are formed in the corresponding positions of the front edge protection cover and the paddle blade, and the other end of the lightning protection braid penetrates through the penetrating holes to be located on the non-working face side of the paddle blade. The thunder-proof propeller has the advantages that the thunder-proof propeller is simple in structure, good in thunder-proof effect during use and high in safety performance.

    本发明公开了一种航空螺旋桨防雷击系统设计,其包括桨叶及桨毂,桨叶均匀固定在桨毂的四周;桨叶包括前缘保护罩、防结冰带、桨叶片、桨根外套筒及防雷织带,前缘保护罩固定粘接在桨叶片的前缘位置;防结冰带固定连接在桨叶片的导边且其的两端分别延伸至前缘保护罩及叶根位置;桨根外套筒固定位于桨叶片的根部;桨叶片的顶面为工作面,底面为非工作面;防雷织带固定铺设在桨叶片的工作面上,且其的一端延伸至桨根外套筒位置,另一端延伸至桨叶片前缘,前缘保护罩及桨叶片的对应位置设有穿孔,防雷织带的另一端穿过穿孔位于桨叶片的非工作面一侧;桨根外套筒通过桨套与桨毂机械连接,本发明结构简单,使用时防雷击效果好,安全性能高。
