The invention relates to the technical field of charging cabinets, and provides an intelligent safety management and control system for a charging cabinet, and the system comprises a user side which is used for initiating a charging request; wherein the charging request is used for determining charging demand parameters; the management terminal is used for receiving the charging request, performing charging auditing and generating auditing information according to an auditing result; wherein when the audit information is that the request is reasonable, an intelligent key is generated; when the audit information is that the request is unreasonable, generating charging refusing information, and feeding back the charging refusing information to the user side; and the box body device is used for receiving the intelligent key, opening the charging cabinet and charging the charging equipment after being connected with the charging equipment.
