The invention discloses a rail type walking mechanical structure, a walking mechanism and a walking system which release rotation constraint around the axis of a plumb bob. The auxiliary walking mechanism comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part. The first connecting part comprises a first main body and a first shaft structure, the second connecting part comprises a second main body and a second shaft structure and is configured to be capable of being connected to the first connecting part, and under the condition that the second connecting part is connected to the first connecting part, the first shaft structure and the second shaft structure are the same in axial direction; the rotation constraint between the two connecting parts is released to obtain the freedom of rotation, that is, the first connecting part and the second connecting part can relatively rotate through the cooperation of the first shaft structure and the second shaft structure. The rail type walking mechanical structure can be installed on a walking mechanism, so that the walking mechanism which can only walk along a linear rail originally can walk on a bent rail through relative rotation of the first connecting part and the second connecting part along the first shaft structure and the second shaft structure.
