The invention relates to the technical field of conductor rails, and discloses a high-conductivity rust-proof aluminum alloy conductor rail which comprises a rust-proof aluminum alloy profile body, a conductor wire containing cavity is fixedly installed in an inner cavity of the rust-proof aluminum alloy profile body, and installation bases are fixedly installed on the two side wall faces of the rust-proof aluminum alloy profile body. Two mounting holes are formed in the top of each mounting base, a set of reinforcing assemblies are movably mounted in inner cavities of the mounting holes, and metal blocks are fixedly mounted on the outer wall faces of the fixing piles and can be cooperatively used and inserted into gaps of soil or large gravel in the lifting and fixing process of the fixing piles; and meanwhile, the included angle between the fixing pile and the metal block can be filled with sandy soil when the fixing pile and the metal block are inserted into the ground, then the contact area between the reinforcing assembly and the ground is increased, and the stability is higher.

    本发明涉及导电轨技术领域,且公开了一种高导电率防锈铝合金导电轨,包括防锈铝合金型材主体,所述防锈铝合金型材主体的内腔固定安装有导电线放置腔,防锈铝合金型材主体的两侧壁面上均固定安装有安装底座,每个安装底座的顶部均开设有两个安装孔,安装孔的内腔活动安装有一组加固组件,本发明中,通过在固定桩的每个外壁面上固定安装的金属块,能够在固定桩进行升降固定的过程中配合使用插入土壤或者是大块沙石的缝隙中,增强导电轨与地面之间固定的稳固性,同时固定桩与金属块之间的夹角处,在固定桩和金属块插入地面的时候会被填充进沙土,进而增大了加固组件和地面的接触面积,稳固性更高。
