According to the invention, double-loop control is introduced in a constant voltage mode, a quasi-proportional resonance controller is connected in parallel on the basis of traditional PI control, and a current loop internal control strategy is upgraded to a composite controller, so that the problem of charging current fluctuation when the input direct-current voltage of the charger contains an alternating-current component with a specific frequency is solved.
