The invention relates to an electric vehicle battery box replacing device which comprises a lifting mechanism which is connected with corresponding battery box push-pull mechanisms through transverse moving mechanisms arranged on the two sides and drives the battery box push-pull mechanisms to move synchronously or asynchronously in the vertical direction. The transverse moving mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the lifting mechanism, are connected with the battery box push-pull mechanisms respectively and drive the corresponding battery box push-pull mechanisms to move in the horizontal direction; the walking mechanism is movably connected to the bottom of the lifting mechanism, drives the lifting mechanism to rotate and drives the lifting mechanism, the transverse moving mechanism and the battery box push-pull mechanism to move to set positions; and the battery box push-pull mechanism is connected to one end of the transverse moving mechanism and is detachably connected with the battery box through an electromagnet arranged at the far end and a matched suction cup. The problem that the labor intensity of workers is relatively high during replacement and maintenance of the battery box of the electric vehicle is solved.
