本发明公开了力矩及速度传感装置及电动自行车,其中力矩及速度传感装置包括中轴、连接件、变形件、安装架、信号处理线路板、速度感应器、永磁体和力矩感应器,中轴转动设置于五通管内,中轴的外壁设置有感应齿部,连接件套设于中轴的外周,速度感应器安装于信号处理线路板,并与感应齿部相对设置,相对现有的力矩及速度传感器,该力矩及速度传感装置通过在中轴设置感应齿部,一方面齿的加工更简单,降低加工的难度,另一方面齿数密度能够设置更高,从而有利于提高速度感应器的感应精度,同时由于永磁体安装于安装架上而远离变形件,能够减少永磁体对变形件的磁化影响,减少对力矩感应器的干扰,从而有利于提高力矩感应器的感应精度。

The mounting frame (400) is fixedly arranged in a five-way pipe (900) and is sleeved on the periphery of the deformation member (300); the signal processing circuit board (500) is mounted on the mounting frame (400); and the speed sensor (600) is mounted on the signal processing circuit board (500) and is arranged opposite to the sensing tooth part (110). The permanent magnet (700) is mounted on the side of the signal processing circuit board (500) facing away from the speed sensor (600), and the torque sensor (800) is mounted on the mounting frame (400).
