The invention relates to a hanging beam device which comprises a bearing assembly, an adsorption assembly and a protection assembly. The adsorption assembly and the protection assembly are both arranged at the bottom end of the bearing assembly, and the top end of the bearing assembly is used for being connected with an external crane; one end of the adsorption assembly deviating from the bearing assembly is used for adsorbing materials; the protection assembly is used for hooking the materials adsorbed by the adsorption assembly so as to protect the materials and prevent the materials adsorbed by the adsorption assembly from falling off during accidental power loss; on one hand, by arranging the protection assembly, when the protection assembly is in the closed state, the adsorbed materials are supported, when the adsorption assembly loses power, the protection assembly prevents the materials from falling off, and therefore the use safety is improved; on the other hand, the device can also be used in occasions with limited space such as a room and a cabin, and a large use space is not needed; meanwhile, compared with a traditional direct-current lifting electromagnet power failure magnetism keeping device, the working efficiency is improved on the occasion where materials are carried in a mechanical force bearing mode and the requirement for human resources is large.

    本发明涉及一种吊梁装置,包括承载组件、吸附组件以及保护组件;吸附组件与保护组件均设置于承载组件的底端,承载组件的顶端用于与外置的起重机连接;吸附组件背离承载租组件的一端用于吸附物料;保护组件用于钩住吸附组件吸附的物料,以保护物料,避免在意外失电时,吸附组件吸附的物料掉落;一方面,通过设置保护组件,保护组件在闭合状态时,对被吸附物料形成支撑,在吸附组件失电时,保护组件避免物料掉落,由此,提高了使用的安全性;另一方面,在室内、船舱等空间有限的场合也能够使用,不需要较大的使用空间;同时,与传统的直流起重电磁铁停电保磁装置相比,在仍采用机械承力方式搬运物料,对人力资源需求较大的场合,提高了工作效率。
