The invention discloses a high-altitude large-span steel structure corridor integral hoisting facility based on a BIM technology. A lifting platform is arranged on a building roof; a lifter is arranged on the lifting platform; a steel strand cable is arranged on the lifter; a lower hanger is arranged at the lower end of the steel stranded cable; and in the state that the steel structure corridor is hoisted, the lower hoisting tool is connected with the two ends of the steel structure corridor. By the adoption of the technical scheme, overall lifting and installation of the high-altitude large-span steel structure corridor glass curtain wall structure are achieved; the BIM technology model is used for simulating the lifting process, working conditions in the whole lifting process are simulated, experimental data are collected, sorted and analyzed, reference is provided for construction, problems possibly encountered in the construction process can be found in advance, solutions can be formulated in advance, smooth completion of lifting and installation is guaranteed, and trial work safety is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种基于BIM技术的高空大跨度钢结构连廊整体吊装设施,在建筑屋面上设置提升平台;在提升平台上设置提升器;提升器上设置钢绞缆绳;钢绞缆绳的下端设置下吊具;在进行钢结构连廊吊装的状态下,下吊具与钢结构连廊的两端连接。采用上述技术方案,实现高空大跨度钢结构连廊玻璃幕墙结构的整体提升和安装;利用BIM技术模型模拟提升过程,对提升全过程中的工况进行模拟,收集、整理、分析实验数据,为施工提供参考,可提前发现施工过程中可能遇到的问题,提前制定解决方案,保证提升和安装的顺利完成,保证试工安全。
