The invention discloses a guide wheel preparation method and a guide wheel, relates to the field of engineering machinery, and aims to improve the thickness of a hardened layer to be more uniform. The preparation method of the guide wheel comprises the following steps that a blank with a punched hole is subjected to ring rolling machining, and a wheel rim blank is obtained; wherein the temperature of the rim blank is 850-900 DEG C after ring rolling processing; carrying out integral quenching on the rim blank, and controlling the temperature of the rim blank to be 60-100 DEG C after the integral quenching is finished; according to the technical scheme, the wheel rim is integrally quenched, multiple times of quenching in different parts are not needed, the outer circle of the wheel rim integrally obtains a high-hardness and high-wear-resistance martensitic structure, and the depth of a hardened layer obtained through the technology is deeper than that obtained through an existing induction quenching technology. Compared with the prior art, the hardened layer is deeper, and the wear resistance of the product is better.

    本发明公开了一种引导轮制备方法以及引导轮,涉及工程机械领域,用以提高得到硬化层厚度更加均匀的引导轮。该引导轮制备方法包括以下步骤:将带有冲孔的胚件进行碾环加工得到轮圈毛坯;其中,碾环加工后轮圈毛坯的温度为850℃~900℃;对轮圈毛坯进行整体淬火,在整体淬火结束时,控制轮圈毛坯的温度为60℃~100℃。上述技术方案是对轮圈进行整体淬火,不需要分部位多次淬火,轮圈外圆整体获得了高硬度、高耐磨的马氏体组织,此工艺获得硬化层深度较已有的感应淬火工艺更深。相较于现有技术,硬化层更深,产品耐磨性更好。
