The invention discloses a variable-stiffness safety tire capable of simulating the head of a woodpecker. The variable-stiffness safety tire comprises an outer tire ring, an inner tire ring, a hub, a bionic main supporting body, a pagoda spring auxiliary supporting body, a grate net and a divided-cavity air bag. A bionic main supporting body is designed for the variable-stiffness safety tire at the head of the bionic woodpecker, the supporting body is of a four-layer vibration reduction structure, all the layers have the vibration reduction and energy absorption effects, and in addition, in order to better absorb energy and vibration, a pagoda spring auxiliary supporting body and a grate net are additionally arranged. In order to solve the problem that the rigidity of a conventional non-pneumatic tire cannot be dynamically changed, a cavity-divided air bag located in a woodpecker-imitating main supporting body is designed and is used for dynamically increasing or reducing the rigidity of the tire.

    本发明公开一种仿生啄木鸟头部的变刚度安全轮胎,包括:外胎圈、内胎圈、轮毂、仿生主支撑体、宝塔弹簧副支撑体、篦网、分腔气囊。仿生啄木鸟头部的变刚度安全轮胎设计了仿生主支撑体,该支撑体共四层减振结构,各层均具有减振吸能的作用,此外,为更好地吸能减振,还添加了宝塔弹簧副支撑体及篦网。针对以往非充气轮胎的刚度不可动态变化的问题,设计了位于仿啄木鸟主支撑体内部的分腔气囊,用以动态增加抑或减小轮胎的刚度。
