The invention discloses a seat pneumatic control system capable of monitoring pressure and a control method. Comprising at least one supporting valve group, each supporting valve group is provided with at least one supporting valve, each supporting valve is provided with a second inflation port, a second air inlet and an air release port, and each second inflation port is connected with a supporting air bag body; the connecting gas circuit is provided with a gas inlet end and a gas outlet end, and the gas inlet end is connected with a gas source; the air outlet end is communicated with the second air inlet; the air inlet valve is mounted on the connecting air path, is positioned between the supporting valve group and the air source, and is used for controlling the connection and disconnection of the air path between the air source and the supporting valve group; the air pressure sensor is installed on the connecting air path and located between the air inlet valve and the supporting valve set; the control unit is electrically connected with the supporting valve, the air inlet valve, the air source and the air pressure sensor, and the functions of pressure monitoring and memorizing, air supplementing and active side wing resetting are achieved.
